* Thyroid ophthalmopathy
* Myasthenia
* Diabetic vasculopathy - stroke
* Aneurysm
* Tumor
* Multiple sclerosis (nystagmus - oscillopsia, internuclear ophthalmoplegia)
* Blowout fracture
* Decompensated congenital IV N palsy (head tilt - facial asymmetry)
* Convergence insufficiency
* Post retina or glaucoma surgery
* Myositis
* Etc.
